Everything you need to complete your required volunteer paperwork before coming to Rising Hope Farms.
Please complete all required forms and follow the background check instructions before your hands-on practice.
📖 Volunteer Application
All volunteers must complete and sign the short application. Please bring the completed form with you when you come to the farm for orientation.
🐴 Volunteer Waiver & Release
Waiver and release forms must be signed by a volunteer and a volunteer coordinator.
📖 Medical Treatment Authorization
All volunteers must consent or not consent to allow medical treatment in case of an emergency.

📖 Background Check Instructions
IMPORTANT: All volunteers (over 18 years of age) must have a current background check. Please download the instructions below to obtain a background check at a fee of $12.50.

Once you have completed the required forms and background check process, return to Volunteer Training to complete your remaining steps and schedule hands-on practice.
