Three Ways We Share Hope
Every program at Rising Hope Farms is built around the same mission—to bring faith, hope, healing, and meaningful connection through horses. While each program serves a different group, every experience is made possible by compassionate volunteers and generous supporters.
Equine Assisted
Therapeutic Riding
Helping children and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional, and developmental challenges gain confidence, independence, strength, and joy through individualized therapeutic riding sessions led by PATH Certified instructors.
Hooves for
Hospice
In partnership with Carolina Caring, children and families experiencing grief discover hope through horses, friendship, outdoor activities, and compassionate volunteers. Our Brighter Days grief camp for children that have recently lost a loved one enables campers to cope with grief.
Senior
Saddles
Partnering with local nursing homes, Senior Saddles gives older adults a special morning at the farm where they brush horses, enjoy meaningful interaction, share memories, and experience the comfort and joy that horses bring.
